How long does it take to set up?
Our average onboading period is 10 days. This includes the creation of your account and establishing Google/Microsoft authentication.
How can we get support?
Priority support is included. We have found the most effective means of support to be email and scheduled chat session... and if needed, remote support will be provided.
Is it easy to use for my Staff & Parents?
Extremely. Your staff is going to love it... and parents (or clients) don't even have to have an account to fill out a form.
How is pricing calculated?
Our account structure is based on school districts. Each district account can encompass multiple schools. For instance, a district might have separate elementary, middle, and high schools. However, our pricing model aligns with state-recognized school divisions.
To illustrate:
- A district may operate three physical schools (elementary, middle, and high).
- The state might officially recognize this as two schools (K-5 and 6-12).
- In this scenario, we would bill the district for two schools, as per the state's classification.
This approach ensures our pricing accurately reflects the official educational structure of each district.
What else do we need to do to get up and running?
Besides telling us what you need as far as your forms, someone from your tech department will work with us to get your Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft 365 configured.
This process is not complicated, but we do not have access to your Google or Microsoft account, so your person will need to assist us. This should take less than an hour.
Will it be too hard for me to manage?
You'll be simply amazed at how easy it is. Since we build your forms and workflows, all you need to do is manage them... and it is really easy to do.
Do you help with us with our forms?
Yes, our entire service is based on the done-for-you model. We will take any existing forms, paper or digital, and recreate them for you. We also have some pre-made templates you might like.
Once you tell us what forms you need, you will define the workflow for each form and tell us who the decision makers are. For example:
Field Trip Request Workflow
- Initiation:
- Elementary teacher submits a Field Trip request
- High School teacher submits a Field Trip request
- Initial Approval:
- For Elementary: Elementary Principal reviews
